History of USFN

Universal Society of Food and Nutrition (USFN) was established as a professional association in the year 2012 to meet the starving needs of R&D incubation in our country. The organization came to an existence in 2012, by the initiative of few professionals, professors, scientists of south India at a resolution passed by the board at our first meeting held at Chennai, India.

After expansion of our membership and association with different educational institutes USFN was taken under this operation of "Vigyan Vidya Education and Research Trust (VVERT) to make its operation and functionalities smooth.

USFN has organized a conference and more than 800+ members are associated with USFN. USFN had made tie up with top universities from all over the world.

In 2019, USFN made splendid moments which bookmarked our era towards achieving our mission to an integrated scientific revolution. Our members, associates, students & staffs together made few milestones achieved through our R & D activities in nook & corners of the world. Leading universities and educational institutions came ahead with their hand open to collaborate with USFN giving us opportunities to live our footprints at several developing & developed countries. Every day of the year 2019 are one among those splendid moments when we kept on receiving proposals for collaboration & partnership. Our associations were flooded with numerous application for professional memberships with us. We were motivated by our researchers, by their support to our conferences & events that made us stand for Food Science & Technology. Thousands of research articles were shortlisted & scrutinized for publication with our associated journals at renowned scientific repositories. Emphasizing on our mission to globalize scientific interaction multiple scientific collaborations were made with overseas universities, associations & publishers. Several conferences & events were organized with attendance and submission from nook & corners of the world. The year 2019 will be marked for our glory & success among the decades of our dedicated service towards Food Science & Technology.
